I love flames, and I have been spending weeks looking for mac software to run flames. I finally found JWildfire! I love Apophysis, but didn't want to run special software on my mac. The good news: JWildfire can run Apo flames. Not sure how that will work out, but I will be tackling it in the next few weeks.
As a beginner fractal artist, with very high expectations --- I have a lot to learn.
